2. The short version

• This website has no user accounts, no shopping cart and no payment function.
• We use no tracking or analytics tools and no advertising cookies.
• Orders and enquiries go through WhatsApp or email. Nothing reaches us until you send the message yourself.
• We are based in Timor-Leste, outside the EU. Section 8 explains what that means for you.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by HostGator (Newfold Digital Inc., USA). When you visit, the server automatically records data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and version, operating system and the referring page. This data is not combined with any other source.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host deletes log files after a short period according to its own retention rules.

4. Cookies

We set exactly one cookie: fp_lang. It remembers your chosen language (English or German) for one year so you do not have to pick it again on every visit. This cookie is strictly necessary, contains no personal data and is not used for tracking (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can delete it in your browser at any time.

Further cookies are only set if you log in to WordPress as an administrator. This does not affect visitors.

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)

The typefaces "Cormorant Garamond" and "Inter" are loaded from servers operated by Google LLC (Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA) when a page is opened. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. We use Google Fonts so the site renders consistently everywhere (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Orders and enquiries via WhatsApp

The order form on this website only composes a message text inside your browser. Nothing is sent to our server. Only when you click "Order via WhatsApp" does WhatsApp open with that pre-filled message, and only when you send it there do we receive it.

An order message typically contains: your name, your country, your dog's name and breed, neck size, the product you want, colours, engraving text and notes. We also see your WhatsApp phone number and, if you have one, your profile picture.

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it for as long as the order and any warranty period require and delete it afterwards, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (for users in the EEA) or WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta Platforms. Their privacy policy applies to the transmission through WhatsApp: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you are welcome to email us instead.

7. Contact by email

If you email us, we store your message and sender address to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on and delete it once your enquiry is resolved and no retention obligation applies.

8. Transfer of data to Timor-Leste

Fearless Pixy is based in Timor-Leste. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for Timor-Leste. When you contact us or place an order via WhatsApp or email, your data is therefore transferred to a third country. This transfer is necessary to fulfil the contract or answer the enquiry you have made (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We handle your data with care and do not share it with third parties.

9. Links to Instagram and TikTok

The website links to our profiles on Instagram (Meta Platforms) and TikTok. These are plain links, not embedded content or tracking pixels. No data is sent to these providers when you visit this website. Only once you follow a link does the respective provider's privacy policy apply.

10. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the following rights against us:

11. No automated decisions, no profiling

We make no automated individual decisions and build no user profiles.

12. Minors

Our offer is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

13. Changes

We will update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes, for example when we launch a web shop later. The version published here applies.
