The Makers
The Makers
Our collars are woven by young women in Timor-Leste who are trained from scratch in the craft of paracord weaving. They earn a fair wage, set their own hours, and learn skills they can carry for the rest of their lives.
Training
Every maker is trained in pattern weaving, hardware finishing and quality control before her first paid piece.
Fair Income
Pay is per finished piece, well above the local average, and paid the day the order ships.
Their Own Future
Many of our makers save towards school fees, family healthcare, or starting their own small businesses.
